Krabeva 100mg Injection is an anticancer medicine consisting of the active ingredient Bevacizumab. This medicine is developed to prevent the growth of tumors. It is indicated along with other chemotherapy drugs to treat metastatic breast cancer, brain cancer, cervical cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. It is also used to treat cancers of the ovary, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least six months after the last dose. Krabeva 100mg Injection is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18. Discuss with your doctor about the preservation of ovaries if you are planning for pregnancy in the near future as this medicine may cause fertility issues in women. It would be best to avoid breastfeeding your baby as this medicine may interfere with the growth and development.

• Glioblastoma multiforme (brain cancer)
• Persistent, recurrent, or metastatic breast cancer

• Store Krabeva 100mg Injection at 2˚C to 8˚C. Do not freeze or shake.

Inform your physician before starting your treatment with Krabeva 100mg Injection in case, if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy as this medicine may cause harm to the unborn baby and interrupt the formation of blood vessels.  

It is recommended to avoid breastfeeding for a minimum of 6 months after your treatment with Krabeva 100mg Injection as this medicine may interfere with the growth of your child.  

Inform your doctor if you have any lung conditions before starting treatment with Krabeva 100mg injection  

Inform your physician before starting Krabeva 100mg Injection if you have liver diseases to avoid any serious side effects.

Oxaltero 100mg Injection belongs to the group of medications called platinum-based antineoplastic agents. It consists of the active ingredient Oxaliplatin. It is prescribed to treat stage 3 colon cancer after resectioning (surgical removal) of the primary tumor, metastatic colon and rectum cancer. It is used in combination with other anti-cancer medicines. Colorectal cancer is cancer that usually develops in the rectum and large intestine. It develops from the accumulation of various genetic mutations. Both environmental and genetic factors play a significant role in the origin of colorectal cancer. This medicine works against tumors that are resistant to cisplatin therapy.

The common side effects that are likely to associate with Oxaltero 100mg Injection are a reduced number of blood cells, unpleasant sensation in the throat, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, heartburn, blood clots, blood in urine, high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, low calcium level. Inform your doctor if these side effects disturb or persist in you.

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Oxaltero 100mg Injection and its ingredients. Before starting treatment with this medication, inform your physician if you have moderate or mild kidney problems, liver problems, or heart disorders. Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, including vaccinations. It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Therapeutic Effects of Oxaltero 100mg Injection

Oxaltero 100mg Injection works by damaging the genetic material, such as DNA and RNA of the cancer cells, that interferes with the growth of cancer cells. It stops their growth and multiplication of cancer cells. 

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Oxaltero 100mg Injection and cause undesirable side effects. 

• Store at a temperature below 30°C.
• Protect from light.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

• Abnormal bleeding or bruising

Cytoblastine 10mg injection is an anti-cancer drug belonging to the class of mitotic inhibitors, containing the active ingredient vinblastine. This medication is used in combination with other medicines for the treatment of Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, testicular cancer, breast cancer, and kaposi’s sarcoma. Hodgkin’s disease and non-Hodgkin’s disease refers to the type of blood cancers. 

This injection should be used with caution in patients with a history of nerve damage, respiratory disease, or gastrointestinal disorders. Special care is needed if you are taking other medicines, as some could interact with this drug. For example the use of erythromycin may increase the side effects of this drug. In case if you are undergoing radiotherapy in the liver area, your doctor will delay giving you this medicine. During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your white blood cell counts, platelets, blood sugar, electrolytes and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications. This medicine has the potential to cause heart problems when combined with other anticancer medicine like bleomycin or cisplatin. Report to your doctor if you experience any hypersensitive reactions like itchy skin or rashes, while taking this medicine.

As there is a risk of birth defects, women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception methods during treatment with this drug. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding women, you may plan to have a baby or think you may be pregnant. Please consult with your doctor for more advice before taking this medicine. Do not drive or use machines if you experience any side effects which may lessen your ability to do so.

• Hodgkin’s lymphoma
• Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
• Testicular cancer
• Breast cancer
• Kaposi’s sarcoma

• Store Cytoblastine 10mg injection in the refrigerator at (2°C to 8°C).

Cytoblastine 10mg injection is not recommended for pregnant women as it may cause fetal harm. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy during the treatment.

Breastfeeding is not recommended in patients taking Cytoblastine 10mg injection because the medicine passes into the breast milk in small amounts and may harm your baby.

It is not known whether Cytoblastine 10mg injection can be administered to patients with lung problems. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment. 

Inform your doctor if you have any liver problems before taking Cytoblastine 10mg injection. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended.

Consuming alcohol may affect the effectiveness of Cytoblastine 10mg injection. Stop consuming alcohol if you are taking this medicine.

It is unsafe to drive vehicles or operate heavy machinery after taking Cytoblastine 10mg injections, it may cause dizziness and impair your concentration.
