Emucin 4gm Injection belongs to a class of drugs called phosphonic antibiotics containing the active ingredient Fosfomycin. It is used to treat bacterial infections, particularly uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women caused by susceptible bacteria. It is effective against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. This drug is also used to prevent possible infections before prostate surgical procedures in adult men. Administering the medication before the surgery can help reduce the risk of post-operative infections.
If you have a history of experiencing diarrhea after taking antibiotics, you must inform your physician before initiating the treatment. Certain antibiotics, including this drug, can sometimes cause gastrointestinal side effects like diarrhea, and this information helps your doctor assess any potential risks or alternatives. Emucin 4gm Injection is generally not recommended for use in children under 12 years old. The safety and efficacy of this drug in younger children have not been well-established, and therefore, it is usually avoided in this age group.

Cresemba 100mg capsule belongs to the class of antifungal medication. It is an antifungal medication used for the treatment of certain fungal infections. It contains the active ingredient Isavuconazole. Cresemba 100mg capsule is primarily used to treat invasive aspergillosis and invasive mucormycosis, which are serious and potentially life-threatening fungal infections that commonly affect individuals with weakened immune systems.

This medicine may cause severe liver problems. It is necessary to take liver function tests before starting the treatment. Inform your doctor prior to the therapy if you have abnormal heart rhythms or severe liver diseases. Stop taking this medicine if you develop any hypersensitive skin reactions. Do not stop taking medicine until your healthcare provider tells you to stop. Tell your healthcare provider about all the prescribed medicines you have recently taken because certain medications may affect how the Cresemba 100mg capsule works.

Vorier 200mg injection is an antifungal drug that contains an active ingredient called Voriconazole. It belongs to the medication class known as fungal ergosterol synthesis inhibitor. It is prescribed for severe, life-threatening fungal infections and as a preventive measure for high-risk individuals, including those who have undergone bone marrow transplantation. This medicine should not be given to children younger than 2 years of age.  
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Voriconazole or other medical ingredients. Before taking Vorier 200mg injection, it is important to notify your doctor if you have had an allergic reaction to other azoles, suffer from or have a history of liver disease, or have cardiomyopathy, irregular heartbeat, slow heart rate, or an abnormality of the electrocardiogram (ECG) called 'long QTc syndrome'. Additionally, it is crucial to avoid sunlight and sun exposure during treatment, protecting the skin with clothing and high-SPF sunscreen. Children should also follow these precautions. Some common side effects include fever, rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, swelling of the extremities, stomach pain, and breathing difficulties.
