Ideenat 100mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Idelalisib. It belongs to the medication class known as PI3K Inhibitors. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in adults in combination with Rituximab. This medicine is given to those who have received medicine at least once in previous or patient's cancer cells with a genetic mutation named 17p deletion or TP53 and who are not eligible for other therapies. Additionally, this medicine is used for treating adult patients with follicular lymphoma as monotherapy. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years.  
Do not consume Ideenat 100mg tablets if you are allergic to Idelalisib, sunset yellow FCF (a petroleum-derived orange azo dye), and other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your physician if you have any conditions with the liver, lung (pneumonitis), kidney, intestinal perforation, neutropenia (low level of neutrophils), active infections/hepatitis, or skin reaction (Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. Use effective contraception during and even after a month of treatment. Discuss more fertility concerns with your doctor. Your doctor will take regular blood tests before and during treatment to monitor the infections.

Celrixafor 24mg injection is an antineoplastic containing the active ingredient Plerixafor. It is used in collecting blood stem cells, storage, and transplantation. It is also used in lymphoma (WBC cancer), multiple myeloma (plasma cell cancer in bone marrow), or a solid tumor. Talk to your doctor if you have or had any heart disease. Before starting the treatment, notify your doctor if you have high WBC counts, low platelet counts, or a history of usual lightheaded or fainting, especially before injection. It is not advised to take this medicine for stem cell mobilization if you have leukemia. 
Do not take this tablet if you are allergic to Plerixafor or any other medicine ingredients. Notify your doctor if you have kidney disorders; your doctor may adjust the dose of the Celrixafor 24mg if you have existing kidney disease. Your doctor may also perform a regular blood test to monitor the blood cell count. Rolimus 10mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug belonging to the class of mTOR kinase inhibitors, containing the active ingredient everolimus. It is used to treat advanced breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, and also in the treatment of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (tumours are found in the ventricles of the brain). Celkeran 2mg tablet contains the active ingredient chlorambucil. It is an anti-cancer medicine that belongs to the class of medications called alkylating agents. It is used to treat Hodgkin’s disease and non-hodgkin’s lymphoma (cancers formed from cells of the lymphatic system). It is also indicated to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (A type of WBC cancer, where the bone marrow produces a large number of abnormal cells) and Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia (A rare lymphoma associated with an uncontrolled increase of B-cells, a type of white blood cell, resulting in the release of an abnormal protein into the blood.) 
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Celkeran 2mg tablet or any of the ingredients. Inform the physician about your recent vaccination history, liver problems, kidney problems, and seizures. Notify the doctor if you have had radiotherapy or chemotherapy before or recently. It is possible that the use of this medicine, particularly in the long term, may increase the risk of developing secondary blood cancer.

Posid 50mg capsule is an anticancer drug with the ingredient Etoposide. It belongs to the medication class known as cytostatic. It is used to treat certain types of cancers such as testicular cancer, small-cell lung cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (blood cancer), tumor in the lymphatic system (Hodgkin’s lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma), and ovarian cancer in adults.
Talk to your doctor if you had or currently having radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Report to your doctor if you have any infections or low levels of protein (albumin) in your blood. Posid 50mg capsule should not be taken if you have recently been vaccinated with yellow fever or any live vaccines. Before starting treatment with this medicine, it is very important to tell your physician if you currently or previously had any medical conditions of kidney problems or liver disorders.
