Ideenat 100mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Idelalisib. It belongs to the medication class known as PI3K Inhibitors. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in adults in combination with Rituximab. Celkeran 5mg tablet contains the active ingredient chlorambucil. It is an anti-cancer medicine that belongs to the class of medications called alkylating agents. It is used to treat Hodgkin’s disease and non-hodgkin’s lymphoma (cancers formed from cells of the lymphatic system). It is also indicated to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (A type of WBC cancer, where the bone marrow produces a large number of abnormal cells) and Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia (A rare lymphoma associated with an uncontrolled increase of B-cells, a type of white blood cell, resulting in the release of an abnormal protein into the blood.) 
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Celkeran 5mg tablet or any of the ingredients. Inform the physician about your recent vaccination history, liver problems, kidney problems, and seizures. Notify the doctor if you have had radiotherapy or chemotherapy before or recently. It is possible that the use of this medicine, particularly in the long term, may increase the risk of developing secondary blood cancer.

Hisone 20mg Tablet contains the active constituent Hydrocortisone. It is used to treat primary or secondary adrenocortical insufficiency and Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (in which adequate steroid hormones are not produced). It is useful to treat arthritis, skin diseases, allergic conditions, eye diseases, respiratory diseases, cancer conditions, disorders affecting blood, gastrointestinal diseases, and collagen disorders. 
Hisone 20mg Tablet may mask the signs of infections, and new infections may appear during the use. Prolonged use of the medicine may lead to eye-related problems. Avoid vaccination during the treatment with this medicine. Tell your doctor if you have any fungal infections before taking medicine. It is important to inform your allergic conditions and diseases to your doctor before taking this medication.  Avoid exposure to people who have chickenpox, measles, or shingles during the treatment. Consult your doctor if you experience mental health problems while taking medicine. This medicine contains lactose. Ask for a doctor’s advice if you are intolerant to sugars.
