Tremfya 100mg Injection contains the active ingredient Guselkumab, a human monoclonal antibody used to treat chronic inflammatory disorders, including moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and active psoriatic arthritis. It belongs to a class of medicines known as interleukin-23 (IL-23) inhibitors, which help reduce inflammation caused by an overactive immune response.
Tremfya 100mg Injection is prescribed for adults who are eligible for systemic therapy or phototherapy. It works by selectively targeting IL-23, a protein involved in the abnormal immune activity seen in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. This helps improve skin symptoms and reduce joint inflammation.
Common side effects may include upper respiratory tract infections, headaches, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea, and injection site reactions. If you experience signs of a serious allergic reaction, infection, or breathing difficulty, contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Uses
Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic treatment or phototherapy.
Active psoriatic arthritis in adults, either alone or in combination with other disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs).

Storage
Storage: Store the Tremfya 100 mg/mL syringe in the refrigerator (2°C–8°C). Do not freeze.
Protect from direct light. Do not shake.
Use each prefilled syringe only once.

Diarrhea
Joint pain
Redness or pain at the injection site
