Zometa RTU 4mg injection contains the active substance Zoledronic Acid. It belongs to the group of substances called bisphosphonates. It is used to reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients where it is too high due to the presence of a tumour. Tumours can accelerate normal bone change in such a way that the release of calcium from bone is increased. This condition is known as tumour-induced hypercalcemia (TIH). It is also used to prevent bone complications in adult patients with multiple myeloma and bone metastases from solid tumours (spread of cancer from the primary site to the bone), in addition to standard cancer therapy.   
Zometa RTU 4mg is also indicated to prevent or treat osteoporosis (a condition in which the bones become thin and weak and break easily) in women who have undergone menopause. It is also used to treat osteoporosis in men. It is used to treat Paget’s disease of bone (a condition in which the bones are soft and weak and may be deformed, painful, or easily broken). Other uses include treating or preventing osteoporosis in men and women taking glucocorticoids (a corticosteroid medication that may cause osteoporosis). 
Do not take this injection if you are allergic to zoledronic acid, another bisphosphonate, or any other ingredients of this medicine and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Before initiating the treatment, inform your physician if you have kidney or liver problems, bone diseases, pain, swelling, or jaw numbness. This medicine is not recommended for use in adolescents and children below the age of 18 years. Zometa RTU 4mg is not cancer chemotherapy and will not slow or stop the spread of cancer. However, it can be used to treat bone diseases in patients with cancer.

Hylasto S injection contains an active ingredient called Sodium Hyaluronate, which belongs to the group of medicines called intra-articular agents. It is like the natural fluid that cushions your joints, which helps lubricate and protect your joints, acting as a shock absorber. This medicine relieves knee pain in patients with osteoarthritis (OA). It is usually given to patients who have not responded well to the other arthritis medications. 
Do not use Hylasto S injection if you are allergic to Sodium Hyaluronate or any of its ingredients. Do not use this medication if you have an infection in your knee or in the skin around your knee. Before taking the medicine, notify your doctor if you have had a history of blood clots or circulation issues in your legs or if you have an allergy to birds, feathers, or egg products. Report to your doctor if you have pre-existing chondrocalcinosis (cartilage calcification). Not recommended for children aged 21 years and younger as its safety and effectiveness have not been proven.
Before starting to take the Hylasto S injection, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or think you may be pregnant or breastfeeding. Notify your doctor if you have a history of any disease. The common side effects of the medicine are pain, redness, stiffness, bruising, or puffiness at the injection site, nausea, stomach pain, trouble walking, back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, numbness or tingling, headache, dizziness, and a runny or stuffy nose.
