Dupilumab 300 mg injection contains the active ingredient Dupilumab, a fully human monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of various chronic inflammatory conditions driven by type 2 inflammation.
It is primarily indicated in diseases such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, where overactivation of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) pathways plays a key role.

It helps to improve sleep disturbance due to itchiness and overall quality of life. It aids in improving the symptoms of anxiety and depression associated with atopic dermatitis. Cibinqo 200mg Tablet is used to treat patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, or atopic eczema, a chronic skin disease.
Inform your doctor if you're allergic to Abrocitinib, lactose, or any of the ingredients present in the medicine. Consult your doctor if you have a serious infection (tuberculosis) or severe liver problem before using the medicine. It is recommended that you inform your doctor if you are using any immunosuppressant or any other medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a plan to vaccinate or have been recently vaccinated. Consult your doctor if you have a blood clot in the vein of the legs or lungs, a heart problem, or cancer.
Your doctor may advise you to do a blood test. The safety and efficacy of the medicine in children below 12 years of age have not been established. Inform your doctor if you are a patient who is at the age of 65 years or above; it may increase the risk of infection, heart attack, and certain types of cancer in such patients.

Ilumya 100 mg prefilled syringe (PFS) contains the active substance Tildrakizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy.
Tildrakizumab works by selectively targeting interleukin-23 (IL-23), a cytokine involved in inflammatory and immune responses that contribute to the development of psoriasis. By inhibiting IL-23, Ilumya helps reduce inflammation, plaque formation, and skin symptoms associated with psoriasis.
Do not use Ilumya if you are allergic to Tildrakizumab or any of the ingredients of this medicine. Inform your doctor before starting treatment if you have active or chronic infections, tuberculosis, or weakened immune system. Patients should also be evaluated for tuberculosis prior to initiating therapy.
